前回購入させてもらったうちの時計のうち2点について、顧客から返品がありました。
理由を確認するとパソコンに接続をしても、うまく同期がとれないようです。
私も試してみましたができたりできなかったりといった具合です。
また、1点についてはバンドのネジがすでに錆び付いてしまっています。
私も1つ持っていますがネジが錆びつくようなことはこれまではありませんでした。
これら2点について新品との交換や返金は可能ですか?

To tell you the truth I have contacted you regarding something I'd like to discuss.
The clock I ordered from you previously has been returned by a customer, because of 2 problems.
To confirm the problem I tried to connect it to my computer, but it wasn't able to properly synchronize.
It seemed in a state where it would sometimes connect and sometimes wouldn't.
Besides that the other point is that the wrist-band's connection was already rusted together.
Is it possible to get either a new product, to exchange the products or to get the money returned?

Two of the watches I purchased with the previous deal were returned from my customers.
According to a customer, the watch cannot be synchronized when it is connected to PC.
I tried it myself, and the problem can be replicated from time to time.
For the other one, screws on the wrist band got rusted.
I have the watch miself, but I have not seen the screws ever got rusted before.
Would you agree to refund, or replace with new ones?

They claim that it could not be synced properly when connected to the PC.
I have tested it out myself, and I have discovered as well that the connection is unstable.
Also, the other issue is that the screws on the band is rusty.
I have one with me too but it was not that rusty.
Based on this two issues, can I get an exchange and refund from you?
