実は相談があって連絡をしました。

前回購入させてもらったうちの時計のうち2点について、顧客から返品がありました。

理由を確認するとパソコンに接続をしても、うまく同期がとれないようです。

私も試してみましたができたりできなかったりといった具合です。

また、1点についてはバンドのネジがすでに錆び付いてしまっています。

私も１つ持っていますがネジが錆びつくようなことはこれまではありませんでした。

これら2点について新品との交換や返金は可能ですか？

Thank you for providing good deals all the time.

I am writing to you since there is something we need to discuss.

Two of the watches I purchased with the previous deal were returned from my customers.
According to a customer, the watch cannot be synchronized when it is connected to PC.

I tried it myself, and the problem can be replicated from time to time.

For the other one, screws on the wrist band got rusted.

I have the watch miself, but I have not seen the screws ever got rusted before.

Would you agree to refund, or replace with new ones?
