Amazonなので"evaluation"より、"feedback"の方が自然だと思います。あと、"Delivery"だけではなくて、"The delivery"の方がいいです。
コメントありがとうございます。feedbackはすでに相手が既知の用語でしたので同じ単語を使うのを避けfeedbackの類語にあたるevaluationをあえて使いました。comment でもよかったかもしれません。Deliveryは確かにTheを入れるのがいいかもしれませんが、メールですのでTheを略してもいいかとおもいました。(個人的な考えです)
