3.登録を完了
「キャンセル待ち登録をする」をクリックして、登録を完了します。
イベントの告知ページに再度アクセスすると、「キャンセル待ち中」に変わっています。


4.キャンセルが発生したら
キャンセルが発生すると、登録したメールアドレス宛にeverevoからメールが届きます。
キャンセル待ち順に参加出来るのではなく、参加ボタンを押してチケットを購入した順に参加出来ますので、気づいたらすぐにチケットを購入しましょう。

3. Completing registration. Complete your registration by clicking "register the waiting list". When you access to the event announcement page again, the status should be changed to "on the waiting list". 4. When cancellation happened. When the cancellation occurs, you will receive email to your registered address from everevo. It is first comes first serve basis. Participation will be reserved for the first person who click the participation button and purchase the ticket. Not in order of the waiting list. So, you may want to purchase the ticket as soon as you receive the cancellation notice email.

2.キャンセル完了
キャンセルが完了しました。
なお、何度でもキャンセル待ちにすることが出来ます。
なかなかキャンセルが出なくても待ちましょう。

You may clear your waiting list in case you've got another schedule or decided to wait to next event. 1. Access to the event announcement page. Our participation button status is "on the waiting list". Click "Clear my waiting list" on right. 2. Completing Cancellation. You've completed cancellation. You may be on the waiting list as many as you want. It's better to wait patiently even there is no cancellation for a long time.

1.イベントの告知ページへアクセス
主催者から教えられたイベントの告知ページへアクセスします。
アクセスした際、「参加を申し込む」ボタンが表示されていることを確認します。
もし、「キャンセル待ち」になっていたら、キャンセル待ちをしましょう。


2.チケットの選択
「参加を申し込む」ボタンを押し、チケットの選択画面へ移動します。
チケットの選択画面で、購入したいチケットと支払方法を選択し、主催者から教えられたディスカウントコードを入力します。

1. Access to event announcement page. Access to the event announcement page you've got from organizer. Check if you see "Join the event now" button on the page. If the status shows as "on the waiting list", you may need to wait someone cancel the event. 2. Select ticket. Click the “Join the event now" button and go to ticket purchase selection page. On the ticket purchase selection page, select the ticket you want and method of payment, then enter the discount code you've got from the organizer.

everevoシステムは有料イベントにて原則、イベント終了後5営業日以内にチケット代金を主催者様の銀行口座へお支払い致しますが大きい金額の場合はお支払いが遅れることもございます

Note for paid event: As a general rule, everevo system will make ticket payment to the organizer's bank account within 5 business days after the event for the paid event. However, please kindly note that the transaction may delay in case the payment amount is large.
