貴方は日本人との雇用契約を経験したことがあると書かれていましたが、現在も契約が続いているのですか？又、契約が終了している場合はやめた理由を教えてください。
貴方と雇用契約を結んだ場合は、コミュニケーションツールはChatwork、データの共有はDropboxを使います。Skypはファイルのやり取りがオンラインである必要がありますが、Chatworkはお互いがオンラインでなくともファイルの送受信が出来るからです。
私が一番困るのは、黙って辞められる事です。辞める理由を話して下さい。

Once we agreed on the contract of employment, communication tool will be Chatwork, Dropbox will be utilized for data sharing.
File exchange needs to be done during online via Skype but we can exchange files while we are not online via Chatwork.

In the case that i enter into an employment contract with you, we'll use Chatwork for communication and Dropbox for data sharing. The reason is that while Skype requires both parties to be online to exchange files, Chatwork permits the sending and receiving of files even if the other party is not online.
What worries me the most is if you quit without any warning. If you quit please tell me the reason.
