貴方と雇用契約を結んだ場合は、コミュニケーションツールはChatwork、データの共有はDropboxを使います。Skypはファイルのやり取りがオンラインである必要がありますが、Chatworkはお互いがオンラインでなくともファイルの送受信が出来るからです。
私が一番困るのは、黙って辞められる事です。辞める理由を話して下さい。

File exchange needs to be done during online via Skype but we can exchange files while we are not online via Chatwork.
What I concerned the most is leaving without saying anything. Please let me know the reason for leaving.
