The stainless steel is scratched in two places on the side of the body, and there's a scratch under the power switch. The first page of the cookbook that came with it is torn. The outside box has shipping labels all over it that are difficult to peel off. The box also has a lot of dents and tears in it. This can't be new merchandise when it's in this condition. I would like my money refunded.

There are two marks on the stainless part of the side body and one mark below the power switch. The last page of the recipe book that was included was torn. There were a lot of stickers for importation on the outside of the box and it was not easy to get them all off. Beside that, there's a lot of dents and marks on the outside of the box. I would not say that something in this condition is a brand-new item. I would like a refund.
