ボディのサイドのステンレス部にキズが２つ、電源スイッチの下にキズが１つあります。付属のレシピブックの最初のページが破れています。外箱にはたくさんの輸送用シールが貼られていて、剥がすのが大変でした。その他にも外箱に凹みやキズがたくさんあります。このような状態では新品とは言えません。返金していただきたいです。

There are two marks on the stainless part of the side body and one mark below the power switch. The last page of the recipe book that was included was torn. There were a lot of stickers for importation on the outside of the box and it was not easy to get them all off. Beside that, there's a lot of dents and marks on the outside of the box. I would not say that something in this condition is a brand-new item. I would like a refund.
I really want to buy this wonderful pottery but would it be impossible for me to buy it--with shipping included--for $1,850? I want you to pack it very securely so it doesn't receive any damage coming to Japan.
