Facebookページでの利用方法
1.everevoにFacebookアカウントでログインします。
2.ツールバーから「Facebookページで使う」をクリックします。
3.利用できるFacebookページの中から、利用したいFacebookページをクリックします。
4.メールアドレスを登録します。
Facebookアカウント専用のメールアドレスが必要です。
個人用のアドレスとは別のものをご用意ください。
How to use on Facebook 1.Log in to everevo with your Facebook account. 2.Click "Use on Facebook" in the toolbar. 2.Click Facebook page you want to use from available Facebook pages. 4.Register e-mail address. You need a dedicated e-mail address for Facebook account. Please prepare the address other than the personal one.
How to use the Facebook page
1. Login to Facebook on everevo.
2. Click on "Use Facebook page" in the toolbar.
3. Click on the Facebook page you want to use from the list of available pages.
4. Register your e-mail address.
An e-mail account specifically for Facebook is necessary. Please use a different address for your personal e-mail.
5.メールを確認します。
先ほど入力したメールアドレス宛にeverevoからメールが届きます。
6.メール中のURLをクリックします。
URLをクリックすると、everevoのプロフィール入力画面が表示されます。
また、ツールバー右上のアイコンがFacebookページの画像になっているか確認します。
Facebook ページに追加したタブの名前を変更する方法
1. 連携させたい Facebook ページを開きます。

How to change the name on additional tabs on the Facebook page.
1. Open the desired Facebook page link.
To change the name of the tabs added to the facebook page. 1. Please open the facebook page you'd like to link to.
2. 「基本データを編集」をクリックします。
3. 管理メニューの「アプリ」をクリックします。
4. everevoの「設定を編集」をクリックします。
5. 名前を変更し、「保存」をクリック後、「OK」をクリックします。
6. これで完了です。クリックして登録したイベント情報が表示されるかご確認ください。
※まだイベントを登録していない場合、開催日が終了している場合は表示されません。
PayPal でお支払いができない場合
If you can't make a payment via PayPal.
3. Click on the "app" button in the admin menu.
4. Click on "Edit settings" for everevo.
5. Change the name, click "Save", then click "OK".
6. Then you have finished.
Check if the registered event information is correctly displayed. If event information hasn't been registered yet, or if the event date hasn't been set, it won't show up.
If payment can't be made by PayPal.

引出し可能な残額は、「引出し限度額」見出しの下に表示されます。 限度額の解除は、表示されたページの指示にしたがってお願いいたします。 クレジットカードまたはデビットカードでお支払い 「お客さまのクレジットカードは有効ではありません。別の資金源でやり直してください。」というエラーは、買い手側だけでなく、売り手に問題がある場合にも表示されます。 クレジットカード会社の加盟店ごとに制限が存在し、その制限にひっかかっている可能性があります。
策としては別の（同じ加盟店ではない）クレジットカードで試すか、PayPalアカウントを作成し、支払いを実行する必要があります。

リマインダーメールを設定する
イベントの直前に、リマインダーメールを使って参加者に連絡を取りましょう。
リマインダーメールはイベント当日や終了後にも設定できますので、参加者へのお礼メールにもお使い頂けます。
Browse everevo's iOS app manual online | Download (file > download designated form), and set up a reminder mail to be mailed to all participants before the event. You can also send a reminder mail on the day of the event, or even after, so you can also use it to set up a thank you mail.
1.主催イベント一覧から該当イベントの「設定」をクリック 主催イベント一覧の個別メニューに「設定」リンクがありますので、クリックします。 もしくは、主催イベント詳細画面の上部にある「イベント設定」ボタンをクリックします。 2.リマインダーメールをクリック イベント設定の左メニューから「リマインダーメール」をクリックします。 3.リマインダーの設定をする リマインダーメールの送信設定をします。 リマインダーメールは1イベントにつき5件まで登録できます。

登録されたイベントは左側のタブで切り替えが行えます。 なお、リマインダーメールの送信はシステムのメールアドレスから行われます。 3-1.条件 メールを送信する条件を設定します。 3-1-1.送信日 イベント開催日から計算した日を設定します。 例)イベント開催日の1日前 3-1-2.送信時間 3-2-1で設定した日の何時に送信するかを設定します。 例)10時 3-1-3.送信相手 リマインダーメールを送信したい相手を設定します。 例)参加者
3-1. Set the conditions for sending the e-mail.
3-1-1. Set the calculated number of days for when to send the mails. e.g. 1 day before the event.
3-1-2. Set what time the above mail should be sent. e.g. 10am
3-1-3. Set who you want to the send the mails to. e.g. all participants.
3-2.件名 メールの件名を入力します。 メールを送信する際は、先頭に「[everevo]」が自動で追加されます。 分りやすい件名にしましょう。 3-3.本文 メールの本文を入力します。 通常のメールと同じように送信されます。 メールの最後に署名を入れておくとより親切です。 3-4.イベントの全情報を挿入 イベント参加者に必要な情報を表示するタグを挿入します。 このボタンを押すと、「本文」のカーソルがある位置、もしくは文末に「%」というタグが挿入されます。
3-3. Input the body of the message. Send it the same as a regular e-mail. It's polite to put a closing or signature name at the end of the mail.
3-4. Input the necessary information to be shown on the tab including all the event information. When you press the button, input the the tab of where the curser is in the body or the "%".
