英語が話せないということで色々とご迷惑をおかけしましたが、
ホノルル店に日本語が話せる店員がいて、とても助かりました。
商品もとても満足しています。

I just received the item today.
I might caused you a trouble since I didn't speak English well but I was so grateful to have a shop assistant who could speak Japanese at the Honolulu branch.
I'm very content with the item as well.
Please help me next time in my next visit.
