支払について質問がありますので、ご回答をお願いいたします。
ブーツ（Factory Seconds Boots）を購入したいのですが、
クレジットカードでの支払い手続きができません。
７月にも購入していますし、これまで沢山のブーツを購入しています。
クレジットカードは問題なく、他では使用できます。
商品の送付先はハワイで、クレジットカードの名義は日本です。
購入できない理由が分かりませんので、調べていただけませんでしょうか。

I would like to purchase boots (Factory Seconds Boots) but I could not settle payment by credit card.
I have purchased in Jul too and I have purchased a lot of boots.
There is no problem with my credit card and I can use it in other.
The shipping destination is Hawaii and the credit card is issued in Japan.
I do not know the reason why I cannot purchase so could you check for me?

I purchased many pairs of boots in June and before then, and I could use the credit card without any problems at those times. And I can use it at other shops too.
Mailing address is in Hawaii but I registered my address in japan for the credit card.
Could you check out why I cannot make a purchase?
