いつもお世話になっております。
支払について質問がありますので、ご回答をお願いいたします。
ブーツ（Factory Seconds Boots）を購入したいのですが、
クレジットカードでの支払い手続きができません。
７月にも購入していますし、これまで沢山のブーツを購入しています。
クレジットカードは問題なく、他では使用できます。
商品の送付先はハワイで、クレジットカードの名義は日本です。
購入できない理由が分かりませんので、調べていただけませんでしょうか。

Hello.
I have a question about the payment.
I would like to buy a pair of boots (Factory Seconds Boots), but my credit card seems to have some problem that I can't use it normally.
I purchased many pairs of boots in June and before then, and I could use the credit card without any problems at those times. And I can use it at other shops too.
Mailing address is in Hawaii but I registered my address in japan for the credit card.
Could you check out why I cannot make a purchase?
