先週、商品を受取りました。丁寧な梱包と迅速な発送ありがとうございます。ただ、商品の中身を確認したのですが、商品本体に製造ナンバーが彫られています。（添付の写真をご確認ください）。使用上は特に問題はないかもしれませんが、とても目立つキズのようなので、正直なところ、かなり不満です。シールが貼られているとかなら、それを剥がすだけで済むのですが、直接彫られていては、どうしようもありません。何故このような状態なのでしょうか？

I received the item last week. Thank you for the full packaging and fast shipment. Just one thing, I inspected the item and found that the production code is engraved onto the item itself directly (please refer to the attached photo). The item still functions but it looks like a big scar and I'm very disappointed. If it was a sticker or something I could've just taken it away but there is no way I can get rid of it. Why do you think this happened?

though, as I checked it inside, the serial number is carved on the product itself (please check the attached photos).
Although it won't be a problem to use it, I am not sattisfied to be honest as the scratch can be seen easily.
If it is just stickers on it, I can simply peel it off.
But, it can't be helped as it is carved directly to the product.
How come it is like this?
