商品の追跡について
こんにちは。先日そちらのWEBサイトで商品を購入しました。商品が届かないので、追跡をしたいのですが、Order Historyに記載されているトラッキングコードが間違っている為、商品の追跡ができません。5からはじまる10桁の番号が追跡番号です。オーダーナンバー4370234の商品の追跡番号をおしえてください。
また、以前は5日程で日本に届いていたのに、前回注文した物は2週間かかりました。
今後も到着まで2週間程かかりますか？

It used to take about 5 days to receive a product in japan, but it took two weeks to receive my last order.
Should I expect about 2 weeks for my future orders?
