商品の追跡について
こんにちは。先日そちらのWEBサイトで商品を購入しました。商品が届かないので、追跡をしたいのですが、Order Historyに記載されているトラッキングコードが間違っている為、商品の追跡ができません。5からはじまる10桁の番号が追跡番号です。オーダーナンバー4370234の商品の追跡番号をおしえてください。
また、以前は5日程で日本に届いていたのに、前回注文した物は2週間かかりました。
今後も到着まで2週間程かかりますか？

About tracking shipment
Hello, I ordered items from your website and I still haven't received it yet. I'd like track the shipment but it seams that the tracking number displayed in "History" is wrong. I can't track it. The tracking number should be 10-digit that starts with 5. Please send me the tracking number for order number 4370234.
Another question, I usually receive packages from you in 5 days but only the last time took 2 weeks. Will it take 2 weeks to receive the package this time as well?
