いつも早く商品を送ってくれてありがとう。今日私の倉庫にアイテムを点検に行きました。2つ不良品があったので交換をお願いします。

商品Aーーーーー 黒い糸が白いシーツに縫い込まれていました。
商品Bーーーーリネンの上にシミができていました。洗って落ちると判断したものは交換をお願いしませんが、こちらは様々な方法を試したのですが、残念ながらシミは落ちませんでした。

I appreciate your prompt shipment. I have gone in to my warehouse to check the items today. There are 2 items which are faulty so please exchange them.

Item A ----- There's a black line sewn in white sheet.
Item B ---- There's stain on the linen. I do not wish to exchange the items that I can wash them off but unfortunately, I couldn't remove the stain with any method.

Thank you for your quick delivery always. I went to my warehouse to check the items today. I found 2 defective goods that need exchanging.

Product A----Black thread is sewn into the white sheet.
Product B----The linen has some stains. If it can be removed by washing, I would not be asking you for an exchange. But the stain couldn't be removed even though I have tried many ways.
