私は6月10日にebayで”(商品名)”を購入した”nikuq009”です。
購入した商品ですが、最近外部アンプへの接続を行いました。しかし、プリアンプ（fishman）のラインアウト端子に接続しても電源が入らず、外部アンプへ出力できません。
このプリアンプは故障しているのでしょうか？
確認の為このプリアンプの取扱説明書を送ってくれませんか？

This is about what I purchased. Recently I have connected it to an external amp. However, even when I connect it to the pre-amp (fishman) line out port, the power doesn't enter into it and there is no output from the external amp.
