ところが折れていたようです。転送会社には、写真を送ってもらうように頼んでいるところです。写真がこちらに届けば、お送りしたいと思います。この商品に保険は掛かっているでしょうか?

Thanks for shipping Wedgwood Osborne teapot (tracking #: 1Z72F2X30342969076) which I purchased the other day. Unfortunately, the US forwarding company I use contacted and informed me that when they received the teapot, the handle of the teapot was broken. I requested them to take a photograph of the damage and send it to me. I will forward you the photo as soon as I receive it. Is this item insured? I wanted to give you a heads-up.
