特約条項
(１) 甲を発注者とし、乙を受注者とする。
(２) 本業務において知り得た顧客の情報の一切を他へ漏らさない事。また本業
務後も同様とする。乙の故意または過失による情報漏洩が発覚した場合は、一切
の責任を乙が負うものとする。
(３) 上記契約期間内において、業務遂行が困難となった場合、甲乙別途協議の
上、取り決めるものとする。
(４) その他記載事項にない問題が生じた場合は、甲乙が誠意をもって協議の
上、取り決めるものとする。

Special Terms
(1) Company A is the ordering party, and Company B is the party who accepts the orders.
(2) Neither party shall disclose nor leak any information which has been known to such party in connection with this Work. This confidential obligation survives the termination of this Work. In case that any such information was disclosed or leaked through willful act or fault of Company B, Company B shall be liable for all that may be caused by such disclosure or leakage.
(3) During the term of the Agreement, if it becomes difficult to fulfill the Work, both parties shall consult to each other to solve the problem.
(4) If any problem arises, for which the solution is not provided herein, both parties shall consult to each other with good faith to secede how to solve such problem.

2. Cannot disclose any information learned in this job to any customer. The same is after this job. If you are discovered of intencial or negligent disclosure of information, it is assumed you are responsible for all.
3. If during the above-mentioned period of contract, when acomplishing the job becomes difficult, we shall negociate if separate consultations are better.
4. If you have any other problems that have not been stated, it is better to consult in good faith, and we shall negociate.
