時計の受け取りが遅れたのはそのためです。
二重梱包して送ってもらっているので、輸送による損傷は
全く受けていません。梱包は完璧でした。
時計は最初からぜんまいが巻かれていて、これ以上巻けない状態でした。
ネジの巻き過ぎではないかと思います。
輸送の問題とは全く無関係だと思います。
もし、あなた自身で修理が可能ならば直していただけませんか？
いずれにしても、現状では全く動きません。

I asked a freight forwarder to send this watch to Japan.
This is why I was late to have got it.

The spring was, however, wound up to the hilt, too much!
I think it is indifferent to the problem of transportation.
