いつも迅速な発送ありがとうございます。
ただ、今回はなぜかオリジナルの外箱ではなく、別のダンボール箱で梱包されていました。
どうしてでしょうか？
ギターを検品しましたが、ボディの表面に２つ小さなスリ傷がありました。
今までのギターは全て外箱から未開封の物で、完璧な状態でした。
今回のギターはケースから出されましたか？
あと、このギターは2012年製ですか？
私はこれからもあなたからたくさんギターを買い、良い取引をしたいと考えています。

I've received the guitar today.
I appreciate your prompt shipment all the time.
However, the box is not original. I was packed with other carton box for some reason.
Why didn't I get the original box this time?
I have inspected the guitar and I noticed 2 minor scratches on the body.
The guitars I have purchased in the past was all unopened and condition was perfect.
Did you take this guitar from the case?
Is this made in 2012?
I am planning to continue purchasing from you and to build a good business relationship.
I am looking forward your honest response.

However, why was the guitar not in it's original box this time, rather a different cardboard box?
After inspecting the guitar, I found two small scratches on the outside body of the guitar.
Up until now, the guitars have all been unopened and in perfect condition.
Was the guitar taken out of its case this time?
Also, is this guitar the 2012 model?
