Did FedEx ever get back to you?

I talked to the folks at Terry DeWitt & they said the repair is more difficult than I anticipated. They also have a glass panel & said 2 - 3 hours to repair it due to the motorized door & a PC board mounted to the glass. They also stated you can really mess up the unit if you don't know what you are doing. So maybe the best thing is to ship it back to me.
I will give you a full refund including the shipping costs back to my address.
