日本の住所のアカウントでも支払いが出来るようにペイパルの設定を変更してください。
変更が出来ない場合はMYUSのパーソナルショッパーを使って、お支払いします。
パーソナルショッパーでお支払いする場合は、あなたのペイパルIDとメールアドレスが必要です。

I tried to pay via Paypal, but as my Paypal address is in Japan, I could not complete the payment.
Kindly please change the setting so that I can pay with my Japanese address via Paypal.
If you cannot change the setting, I will pay via the Personal Shipper of MYUS.
If I pay via Personal Shipper, I will need your Paypal ID and address.
