今週のミーティングは先生方が海外出張のため行いません。
また、来週も合宿が行われるため中止したいと思います。
ここのところミーティングが行えなくて申し訳ありません。
4月からはまた再度調整したいと思います。
もし必要であれば先生と直接連絡をとってください。

This week's meeting is canceled because professors are on trip overseas.
The meeting next week is going to be canceled, too because of the seminar camp.
It's unfortunate that meetings haven't been arranged these days. I'll try to arrange a meeting properly from April.
You can contact with the profs directly, if you need to.

This week's meeting is cancelled because teachers go abroad on business trip.
Due to the training camp, next week's meeting will be also cancelled.
Sorry for not being able to arrange meetings recently.
I will re-arrange schedule in April.

We will cancel also next week's meeting because of the camp.
