現地法人のありかたもテーマになると思いますが、前述のとおり、事業を運営する会社の株式の、過半数を貴社が獲得するには困難は多いものと推測してます。

We hope to build consensus for type of energy, plant size and target date to build a power plant quickly.
What matters most are plant size and earning rate, which you are after.
The local corporation also have to be discussed, however as I wrote above it can be a great challenge for your company to obtain more than half of the stocks which the company doing that business hold.

I think we will strike for consensus on the type of energy, the scale of the power station and the time for goal completion time so as to conclude the appearance of the power station at early phase.
The scale of the power station and the profit rate requested by your company is very important.
In my opinion, the way the parent business ought to be could be a topic but as what I have stated before, it could be predicted that it will likely to be very difficult to obtain the majority of shares of the parent business from the beginning.
