私の購入した商品が転送会社で止まっています。
理由を確認する為に詳しい発送元住所を教えてほしいといったが、何度メールしても教えてくれません。
問題のある商品を発送した可能性もあります。
このままでは商品が受け取れませんし、私はどうすることもできなくなりました。
もう商品はいりませんので、至急に返金してほしいと思います。
この販売者からは商品を買いたくありません。

The item I ordered has been held by the forwarder.
I tried sending them emails several times to request for its sender's address to find out the reason. However, they have not replied to me yet.
There could be a possibility that the item sent was invalid.
At this rate, I won't be able to receive the item. There is nothing left that I can do.
I do not need the item anymore, so please arrange to give me a refund at your soonest convenience.
I do not wish to purchase any item from this buyer in the future.

The item i purchased is being held at forwarding company.
They never told me anything despite my multiple attempts of request to disclose despatch address so that i can investigate the rootcause.
I am suspecting the possibility of some prohibited items were sent to me.
In this condition, i can not recieve the item and there is nothing i can do.
I do not want the item anymore and i request immediate refund of payment.
I never want to buy anything from this seller.
