we will charge your card for the full amount when the order is placed.
we will accept cancellations on pre-order items for store credit only, refunds will not be permitted.
please note that the delivery date is an estimated shipping date from our warehouse to you based on information from the manufacturer.
we are unable to guarantee delivery dates due to unforeseen delays by the manufacturer.
only if we are unable to fill your order will we issue a full refund.

事前注文の商品に関しては予約を受け入れておりません。
注文を頂いた時点でお客様のカードから全額を引き落とし致します。
事前注文をキャンセルされる場合は、当店ののギフトカードで対応致します。返金は致しかねます。
当社倉庫からお客様への商品発送日に関しては生産工場からの情報をもとにお伝えしておりますので、おおよそでのご案内です。
工場側での予想外の遅延の可能性もある為、発送日に関しての確約は致しかねます。
お客様のご注文にご対応出来なかった場合のみ、返金をお受け致します。

store credit の意味としては、ギフトカードやそのお店で扱っている他の商品で対応と言う意味と理解しましたので、訳上ではギフトカードに統一させて頂きました。

注文書をいただいてから、代金をクレジットカードに請求致します。
事前注文のキャンセルは受け付けますが、代金の返却はストアクレジットのみになります。
出荷日付は、製造業者から頂いた資料を元に、弊社の倉庫から出荷される日付を推測したものです。
出荷日付は製造業者の納期遅延などの影響を受けますので、保証されません。
お客様の注文内容が受け付けられない場合においてのみ、代金を全額返却致します。
