そして、未使用と無傷の状態でなければならないと言いますが、商品の梱包は最初から開封されていました。貴方の送った商品は新品ではありませんでしたよ。未使用であることは間違いありません。
話が通じないようなのでPayPalにクレームをだします。OK？
