ebayで購入し先日届いた荷物の中に破損が見られたので報告します。写真を添付しますのでご確認下さい。つきましては壊れた品物の代金の返金をお願いしたいのですが、私は日本からのバイヤーで、荷物は契約している転送会社にあるため商品の返送が出来ません。返金はpaypalを通して行いたいのですが、どうすればいいですか？

I found damage in your item I purchased via Ebay the other day. I am herein attaching its photo for you to check. So I would like to ask you the refund. However, I am a Japanese buyer, and the item is kept in the freight forwarder I am dealing with. So I cannot send the item back to you. I want to do refund procedure via Paypal. Could you kindly let me know how to do?

I report you as I found the goods was damaged in the shipping I purchased in ebay and received the other day. Please find attached photos. And I would like you to refund for this damaged goods but as I am a buyer from Japan so the goods is in the forwarding company so I cannot arrange the sending back. I would like you to refund through paypal. What step should I take?

I am writing to report the damages as can be seen on the delivered parcel of my purchase on ebay the other day. Please refer to the attached picture. As such, I would like to request for a refund of the broken products. However, as I am a buyer from Japan and the parcel was delivered by a contracted forwarding company, I cannot return the item to them. Hence, I would like to have the refund through paypal. Kindly advise me what to do.
