I found out that there were crucial problem on 2 watches I purchased from you.
As I informed you yesterday, back covers to those watches are placed upside down.
I took them for repair and they were fixed.
However, back covers were fastened tightly by force and screws are deformed so that they cannot go as far as they will go.
Therefore, I could not even change the belt.
Not only this, but originally water‐resistant washers should be placed on the inside of the back covers but one of the watches did not have it inside.

As conveyed to you yesterday, the back cover of both watches had been attached with the wrong side up.
When I brought them to be repaired, this was fixed.
However, the screw had been bent after it was forced to hold down the cover, and it can't be tightened all the way in.
For this reason, I can't even change the watch band.
Not only that, there should have been waterproofing packing under the cover, but one of the watches did not have that.

You told me that you " checked there's no defectiveness" before you arrange shipping.
What did you check?
Is this watch authentic? Isn't this a fake?
Other than this watch, I purchased 6 watched from you.
Since those were gift for my precious person (people), I do not have them any more.
There's a big possibility that those watches also might have been faulty.
Since I payed money for these, I request compensation.
If you do not offer convincing compensation, I will raise an objection to A Co., Ltd.

Are these genuine or fake watches?
I had bought 6 other watches from you beside these two, and I don't have them as I had given them away to people who are important to me.
It is very likely that those watches have defects too.
I had paid for these watches, but I would like some compensation for them.
If I don't get an acceptable amount of compensation for them, I will file a claim with A company.
