After I made a bid for the product,if I add 100 dollars to the successful bid price for the payment, will you pack it and send it out to Japan?

Will you do the packaging and send the item to Japan if I win the bid and pay additional $100 over the bid price?
The packaging must be a hard work but DHL can pick it up and take care of it once the label is printed.
