MCP is designed as a flexible framework to work with customers on both short term (1 year) and longer term (3-5 years) customer plans. Four steps consist of 1. understanding the future of retail and customer strategies, 2. reviewing key value drivers, 3. reviewing customer, category and brand business performance, 4. completing short and longer term impact plans.

There was huge energy and excitement around this area from the GSLT, in understanding how we play in the ‘online’ arena and how will maximise our opportunities from this channel. The existing online community will be expanded to include everyone in Mars.
