MCP is designed as a flexible framework to work with customers on both short term (1 year) and longer term (3-5 years) customer plans. Four steps consist of 1. understanding the future of retail and customer strategies, 2. reviewing key value drivers, 3. reviewing customer, category and brand business performance, 4. completing short and longer term impact plans.
