Well, if it is free of charge, I’ll be interested in your event.
But as that work cannot be completes without the cooperation of many students, we need to make some improvements.
I will review about my working schedule and the cost of my trip.

I see. If it will be free, I am interested in participating your event.
However, since I won't be able to produce that piece without many student's help I have to think about some reform plans. Also, I will think about my schedule of other works and cost of travel.
