電池が入っている所を、開いてみてください。
すると、電気を遮断している紙が入っていますので、確認してみてください。
その紙を取れば、電気が通ると思います。
それでも、問題がある場合は、商品の写真か動画を送ってください。
問題が認められれば、新しい商品を発送します。

This product comes with batteries. You can see the batteries by removing the head of XX.
Please try to open the part where the batteries are housed.
Then, you will see a paper sheet for insulating electricity.
By pulling out said sheet, the electricity will be supplied.

A dry battery has been already in this product. Exculuding the head of XX, it is there. Please open there where a dry battery is in.
And then please confirm a paper which is interrupting electricity enters. I think that electricity goes if I take the paper.
Still when I have a problem, send the photo of the product or an animation. If a problem is accepted, I send a new product.
