It’s too bad that I won’t get the refund on custom tax for the 3rd bag which was also dirty when I received. But I appreciate your response sending back the custom tax on the 1st and the 2nd bag. Total of ＄38.86, and is agreed. By the way, I was relieved to see that the item I received today was clean and in a good condition. I'm little disappointed that I couldn’t get the customs duty back although the third bag had also smear on from the beginning. However, I'm still thankful that I got the customs duty for other two items. I accept the offer of total amount of $38.86USD. I am happy to see the product that I received today; they are in a good condition. Moreover, I returned three more items to you via DHL today, so please start the process of refunding ASAP.
