I'm little disappointed that I couldn’t get the customs duty back although the third bag had also smear on from the beginning. However, I'm still thankful that I got the customs duty for other two items. I accept the offer of total amount of $38.86USD. I am happy to see the product that I received today; they are in a good condition. Moreover, I returned three more items to you via DHL today, so please start the process of refunding ASAP.
