今日人形が届きました。
しかし写真と違い腕と脚の紐が緩まっていました。
腕に関しては、切り離されていましたが、どゆうことですか？
しかも紐は切れていて繋ぐことができません。
何故写真と違うのでしょうか？
説明をお願いします。

I received a doll today. It is different from the one shown in the photo.

I have received the doll today. However, it was different from the picture you have online and the strings of legs and arms are loose. The arms are separated and I can't attach them to the body. How do you explain this? To make things worse, the strings are cut short and I can't connect them.
