今日人形が届きました。

しかし写真と違い腕と脚の紐が緩まっていました。

腕に関しては、切り離されていましたが、どゆうことですか？
しかも紐は切れていて繋ぐことができません。

何故写真と違うのでしょうか？

説明をお願いします。

I received a doll today. It is different from the one shown in the photo.
The string attached to the arm and leg is loose.
The arm is detached and it cannot be connected because the string is broken.
