さて、プノンペン水道公社のIPOについては、先日、Chantaraさんから、連絡をいただき、アクレダ証券の口座開設の書類一式をお送りしました。また、2/10に、プノンペンのアクレダ銀行に行き、銀行口座も開設しました。
