言い訳ではなく申し訳ございませんという謝罪の意味でした。

最初の送料の問い合わせは他の出品者の落札商品と間違って問合せをしました。
こちらの商品はカリフォルニアの住所に送って下さい。」
と記載しました。

「発送後に」が抜けていましたので、
