差込口が壊れている商品に関しては、なんとか自力で修理しました。
ですので、もう一つの電源が付かない商品に関してご対応いただけますでしょうか？
購入者の方はマニュアルをしっかり読んでおりまして、
販売側である私も彼らと連絡を取っております。

よって、新品を発送していただきたいのは、
電源が付かない商品（香川県の方）のみとなりますので

I have fixed the item with a broken plug myself.

The buyer has read the instruction manual thoroughly, and I myself, a seller, am contacting them.
I thought it was rather hard to see the images, so I have uploaded the items with issues on YouTube.
