The easy way
The easy thing to do would be to reprimand the person who made the wrong calculations, have the numbers run correctly, and call the customer about the mistake. You say that you cannot or will not honor the incorrect price. You lose a sale, and the customer may be very upset. But you will get out of hot water.

The hard way
The hard thing to do would be to talk to the person who made the mistake and determine if it was an honest mistake or one caused by carelessness and negligence. You discuss the situation, point out the error, and take some sort of action (reprimand, termination) based on what you learn.
