Thank you for you reply, and also thank you for letting me know your flight schedule to Japan. We arranged a taxi to pick up you in the Itami Airport at 6:00 PM on 15th November.
As we gave notice to you before, you will attend the party in the hotel at 6:00 PM on 16th, and will give the special lecture of 60 minutes at 11:00 AM on 17th. Sorry that the schedule is tight, but we appreciate your understanding. Thank you.
Do you want to have a sightseeing or want to do other things from 18th to 20th? If you want to visit anywhere, or want to eat anything, please feel free to request us.

As I told you before, we will have a party in a hotel from 6:00pm on 16th. And your special lecture for one hour is planning to start from 11:00am on 17th. Sorry for the congested schedule just after your arrival.
