お世話になっております。先日、商品が届きました。状態を確認させていただいたのですが、音の出力が大変低く、また、ノイズがかなりあります。説明のような、良いコンディションとはとてもいえないのですが?修理に出しますので、基本料金だけでも結構ですので、250ドルのご返金をいただけますか？納得ができせん。よろしくお願い致します。

Hello, I received the item the other day. After checking the condition of the item, I noticed that the sound output is very low and has significant noise. The other day, the goods reached.
I confirmed a condition, but the output of the sound is extremely low and there is noise fairly.
I don't seem a good condition like the explanation simply.
I request a repair.
