商品が届かないのだが、なにか問題でもありますか？商品は発送しましたか？発送済みなのか、そうでないのか、メールをください。何も連絡がないのでわかりません。オーダーナンバーは#1028と#1057です。まだ未発送ならば、それぞれの商品発送を一緒にしてほしいです。またその際に、すでに支払った2回分の送料（＄20×2）を1回分にして精算してほしいです。

If you are going to send them now, I want you to send my two orders together as single shipment instead of sending two separate shipments and adjust the shipping fee because I already paid you 40 dollars for the two orders?

The items I ordered still do not arrive. Is there any problem? Did you ship the items already? Please let me know at least whether you have shipped or not. If you are yet to ship them please ship the both items together in one package, and kindly please arrange the shipment fees which I have already paid you ($20×2) into one.
