日本の住所へ発送した場合の２パターンの見積もりをお願いします。
それぞれの納期も教えて下さい。
取引はeBayを通じて行いたいです。
購入ページを別に用意して頂くことは可能でしょうか。
もしくは、何か良い方法があればそちらの希望に合わせます。

I would also like to have 2 patterns of quotation, one for American shipping address and another for Japanese one.
Please also notice me the delivery term for each case.
I would like to do the transaction via EBay.
Could you prepare a purchase page for it?
If you have a better way to do the transaction, I will follow it.

Kindly please show me the estimated costs for both cases when you ship the items to my US address and when you ship them to my address in Japan.
Please also let me know how many days it will take to arrive at the destination in both cases.
I prefer to have this transaction via eBay.
