バイヤーから配達済の荷物が盗難にあったと連絡がありました。
追跡番号を確認した所、確かに配達済になってます。FedExから配達時の写真も届いています。
配達された事は間違いないと思います。
バイヤーは楽しみに待っていてくれたのに非常に残念です。
今後どの様な対応をすればいいですか？
