18日に届いた商品1 、他の2つの商品が問題あると記載されてます。
この3つの商品は全て破損しているんですか？ もしくは、破損はしておらず、商品に問題が有る為、ロックが掛っているのですか？ 上記の問題がある商品は以前、日本に送った商品2と同じ商品です。なぜ、商品2が問題無く発送出来たのに、上記の商品は送れないのですか？理由を教えて下さい。
もう一つ、商品3ですが、まだ売主から返答はありません。
21日まで返答が無い場合は、私の負担で商品を返品しますので保管をお願いします。

The merchandise 1 which arrived on the 18th and the other two are indicated as "with problems." Are all of these three damaged? Or are they just locked due to their own problems but not damaged? The merchandise mentioned earlier is the same as the merchandise 2 I already shipped to Japan before. I wonder why this one hasn't while the merchandise 2 safely arrived there without any troubles. If I wouldn't have a reply from them by the 21st I would like to return this merchandise to you at my own expense. Would you please keep it for me?

Are all these three items broken? Otherwise, are they locked because they have problems? These items with problems are the same with those which could have been sent to Japan before. Why the above-mentioned items cannot be sent, while the item number 2 could be sent without problem? Please explain me the reason why.
