荷主へ追加費用を請求しましたが支払いを拒否しました。6月の案件ですよね？今さら請求されても困ります。トラッカーが手配できなかった時点で一報ご連絡をいただければ、荷主へ請求ができたかと思います。JTCがこの追加費用を負担することに対して納得できません。クロスボーダーで輸送する際の手続き方法を教えていただけますか？

I charge the additional fee to the person who sent an item, but he or she refused paying it. It must the one about June. It is a trouble for me if you charge it again. If you contacted me when you could not arrange the trucker, I could have charge to the person who sent it. I am not satisfied with the fact that JTC pays for this additional fee. Would you tell me how to arrange for the transportation by using Cross Border?

The additional charge was claimed to the consigner but it was refused for the payment. Would it be a matter of June, right? I am bothered if you claim now. That matter might be claimed to the consigner if you would contact us when you couldn't arrange the tracker. I have not convinced the additional change from JTC should be paid. Please let me know the procedure for transporting by the cross border.
